Before you submit Export synced Prompt scripts and save any information or purchase records you want to keep. Losing access to your email does not prevent you from submitting a request; explain it in the details so we can discuss another verification method.
What is removed After verification, we remove your account profile, sessions, registered devices, optional synced Prompt content, education enrollment, and associated team access, subject to the limited retention described in our Privacy Policy. Account-linked access ends; deletion cannot be undone.
Files stored on your Mac, exports, and copies in your own backups are not remotely deleted. Remove these yourself if desired.
Verification & timing We contact you to verify ownership and confirm completion. We handle requests within applicable legal deadlines, generally one month under the GDPR or 45 days under applicable U.S. privacy laws, and explain any permitted extension or exception.
Transaction, security, and request records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations or claims. Restricted backups age out through their retention cycle.
