Terms of service
These terms cover Midtune Record, Route, DeNoise, and Midtune Complete, sold by Kimeur Labs. Plain-language summary first; the full text follows before launch.
Trials and plans
Each app includes a 14-day trial with no card. Paid plans renew until cancelled; access continues to the end of the paid period. Up to 3 Macs may be signed in at once.
Refunds
14 days on monthly plans; 30 days on annual plans, Lifetime, and the first Education term, no questions asked, for a first purchase. EU and UK consumers also keep the statutory 14-day withdrawal right.
Loyalty Fallback License
After 12 consecutive paid months you receive a perpetual license to the builds current at that time for the products your plan covered, usable offline on up to 3 Macs.
Lifetime
Complete Lifetime includes all updates and new apps for three years from purchase; afterwards the apps keep working as they are.
Acceptable use
One account per person. Business seats are assigned to named people. Circumventing the license check or redistributing builds ends the license.
