Audio never leaves your Mac. Recording, routing, and noise removal run locally, and no Midtune app uploads audio, transcripts, or file names.
What the account knows
Your email address, the names of your signed-in Macs (up to 3), your plan, and the dates your trials started. Payments are processed by Stripe; Midtune never sees card numbers.
Crash reports and analytics
Crash reports (Sentry) and usage counts (Firebase Analytics on the website) are sent only where enabled, contain no audio or file names, and can be turned off in the Midtune app.
Transactional email only: sign-in codes, receipts, and renewal reminders. Marketing mail is a separate opt-in list.
Your rights
Export or delete your account from the account page or by writing to privacy@midtune.com. EU and UK residents have the rights set out in the GDPR.
